Application Support Analyst
SQL Server, AWS, Azure, Lloyds of London Market, Insurance Hybrid – 3 days onsite /2 days wfh
We are looking for a driven, resilient and technically savvy Application Support Analyst with 3 to 5 years experience supporting core infrastructure and insurance systems.
In this role you will work alongside the Team Lead to learn and support the core infrastructure and business critical applications; handling all aspects of P1 to P3 support tickets.
The role would ideally suit someone with a solid understanding of SQL from an administration and application perspective (know how systems connect to databases, how things behave, and how to approach troubleshooting when issues come up.) and an understanding of how applications sit within the wider infrastructure landscape, including general server behaviour.

You will need to understand of the importance of system stability and clear communication, be very comfortable working with stakeholder to understand and dissect issues, manage expectations and support ongoing improvements.
Experience Required: 3 to 5 years of experience in application support / production support within the insurance industry, preferably the Lloyds of London Market. Proven experience with SQL database administration, SSIS/SSRS development, and data investigation across downstream systems. Hands-on experience with Insurance systems would be helpful - such as, Subscribe, Exposure Management, DOCOSoft. DQPRo or similar. Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) in a support or deployment capacity.
