Applications Support Specialist

We're looking for a curious and proactive Applications Support Specialist to join the Culligan Shared Services UKI IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at junior to mid-level who enjoys working with a variety of business applications, solving problems, and helping colleagues get the most from the technology they use every day.

In this role, you'll support a diverse portfolio of business applications and SaaS solutions used across customer service, marketing, field operations, and other business functions. You'll also have the opportunity to work alongside experienced team members, providing support for key enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, IFS ERP, and Five9, while developing your knowledge and skills in these systems.

We're not looking for an expert in any one platform. Instead, we're looking for someone with a broad technical interest, a methodical approach to troubleshooting, and a genuine curiosity about how business applications work together. If you're a quick learner who enjoys working across different technologies, thrives on solving problems, and is passionate about delivering great support, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Areas

Application Support & Administration

  • Provide first and second line support across a range of business applications and SaaS tools
  • Manage user access, licensing, and basic configuration for point solution platforms
  • Triage and resolve application issues, escalating to vendors or senior team members where needed
  • Monitor application health and flag recurring issues or risks
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of users across the application estate

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
