Applied AI Architect
Technical AI Consultant – Amazon Connect Lead (Opportunity via Haystack Executive Search)
The Role
-
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand:
- Business requirements
- Existing contact center architecture
- AI readiness assessments
-
Conduct data readiness assessments, evaluating:
- Data quality
- Accessibility
- Structure
- Governance of customer data assets

Design and configure agentic AI solutions within Amazon Connect, including:
- AI agent creation
- Prompt engineering
- Model selection strategies
-
Architect Agent-to-Agent communication patterns for multi-agent workflows

Build serverless integrations using:
- AWS Lambda
- API Gateway
- Step Functions
- Python & Node.js (to connect AI agents with customer data systems)

✔ Technical knowledge of:

✔ Familiarity with:
- Amazon Connect or alternative enterprise contact center platforms
