The Role
What You Will Do
Join a multi-disciplinary AI team combining expertise in machine learning, generative and agentic AI, optimisation, and design to pioneer responsible, scalable AI solutions.

You’ll:
- Apply predictive modelling, generative AI, and agentic systems to solve business challenges.
- Use mathematical optimisation to improve operations and resource efficiency.
- Design and prototype AI workflows and intelligent agents for decision-making and productivity.
- Contribute to AI system architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and ethical integrity.
- Collaborate with strategists, data scientists, engineers, and designers to turn ideas into high-impact solutions.
- Stay current with AI trends, tools, and governance for transparent, responsible AI adoption.
What You Will Bring
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience applying AI and analytics to real-world business challenges.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Azure AI).
- Working knowledge of optimisation, modelling, and AI lifecycle practices.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business insights.
