About The Company

The company develops AI-powered solutions that automate complex manual workflows within highly regulated environments. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all platform, the team builds deeply customized solutions tailored to each customer's operational processes.

Following a successful oversubscribed seed funding round backed by leading venture capital firms and notable technology investors, the company has experienced rapid commercial growth and is preparing for its next phase of expansion. It already works with several major enterprise customers and continues to expand internationally.

The engineering team consists of experienced professionals from leading technology companies, AI research institutions, and high-growth startups. The organization maintains a collaborative, flat structure where engineers contribute directly to technical direction and product decisions.

About The Role

This is one of two Applied AI Engineer positions that sit at the heart of the company's AI platform.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving real-world workflow problems using large language models rather than simply experimenting with prompts or benchmarks. You will own AI-powered features from concept through production deployment, working closely with customers to build reliable AI systems in a regulated environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
