Job Description
You will build and deploy LLM-powered features that solve complex physical-world workflows. From extracting structured data from messy documents to designing multi-step agents, you will own AI systems end-to-end. This is a high-ownership role where you will solve real failures, ship immediately, and work alongside a world-class team from Google, Amazon, and X.

What You Will Do
- Design and ship production-ready AI features from day one, owning the entire lifecycle from prompt engineering to deployment and monitoring.
- Build robust evaluation frameworks to catch regressions and improve model reliability for complex domain-specific workflows and document extraction tasks.
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand real-world edge cases in industries like aerospace and healthcare, iterating on models to ensure high-quality outputs.
The ideal candidate
- Strong technical background in Python and modern LLM tooling, including structured outputs, function calling, and orchestration for production AI systems.
- Full-stack capability to integrate AI features into product workflows using TypeScript and React while managing complex backend reasoning.
- Proven track record in early-stage startups or founder fellowships like YC or EF, with a focus on building products where requirements are evolving.
