We're Hiring: Appointment Setter (Medical Sales)
Park Square Clinic is looking for an ambitious and experienced Appointment Setter (Medical Sales) to join our growing team.
As a medically-led aesthetic and wellness clinic, we're looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, generating opportunities, and converting conversations into booked consultations.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys outbound sales, is confident on the phone, and wants to be rewarded for their performance.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Contacting warm and cold leads via telephone and email
- Booking qualified consultations for our clinical team
- Following up with enquiries and nurturing prospective patients
- Handling objections confidently and professionally
- Maintaining an organised sales pipeline using our CRM
- Working closely with the practitioners to maximise conversion rates
- Achieving weekly and monthly booking and performance targets

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales role
- Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Confident handling objections and securing appointments
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- Professional, personable, and patient-focused approach
Desirable

- Experience within medical sales, healthcare, aesthetics, or private healthcare
- Previous experience using a CRM system
- Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
