Evans Legacy Planning is a fast-growing estate planning company helping individuals and families across England and Wales protect their assets and plan for the future. We pride ourselves on providing professional, straightforward advice with exceptional customer service.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to join our team.

The Role

This is a hybrid position based in Cardiff, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week.

You will be responsible for contacting warm leads who have already expressed an interest in our services, qualifying their requirements, and booking appointments into our advisers' diaries.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is highly organised, and thrives in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact warm leads by telephone.
  • Build rapport with prospective clients and answer basic questions about our services.
  • Qualify leads and book appointments for our estate planning advisers.
  • Consistently achieve a target of booking 15–30 appointments per week.
  • Manage advisers' calendars efficiently to maximise appointment availability.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospective clients where appropriate.
  • Deliver a professional, courteous and positive customer experience at all times.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a telesales, appointment setting or outbound calling environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and courteous telephone manner.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage diaries and appointments efficiently.
  • Confident using computer systems and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Desirable

  • Experience booking appointments for field-based sales representatives or advisers.
  • Previous experience within estate planning, legal services or financial services (not essential as full training will be provided).

Work Location

Hybrid working. Applicants based in Cardiff or South Wales are preferred, although applications from across the UK are welcome. Successful candidates must be able to attend our Cardiff office when required.
