Appointment Setter – Full-Time Remote Role

The Role

The Appointment Setter is a full-time remote role responsible for:

  • Outbound and inbound client engagement via phone, email, and messaging.
  • Qualifying leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Scheduling calls or consultations for the programme.
  • Managing the appointment calendar, adjusting for multiple time zones where required.
  • Supporting lead nurturing, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a client-centred approach.

A strong foundation in appointment scheduling, lead generation, and customer service is essential. Experience in sales support, inside sales, or client outreach is highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outreach & Qualification:
    • Initiate conversations via phone, email, and digital messaging.
    • Follow structured scripts while building rapport with prospects.
    • Apply predefined criteria to assess eligibility for the programme.

  • Communication & CRM Management:

    • Efficiently log all interactions in CRM/lead-tracking systems.
    • Respond professionally to client queries and complaints.
    • Coordinate seamlessly with coaches or program leads for smooth handoffs.
  • Calendar & Operations Support:

    • Organise client meetings across global time zones.
    • Schedule hires and follow-ups, ensuring no gaps in conversion.
    • Update nurture sequences for leads based on engagement data.
  • Collaboration & Performance:

    • Align with the team to optimise conversion rates and workflow efficiency.
    • Track and meet daily/weekly performance metrics.
    • Contribute feedback to refine outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Appointment & Lead Generation:

    • Proven experience in scheduling appointments, including managing multi-time zone visibility.
    • Familiarity with outbound sales methodologies and lead nurturing pipelines.
  • Communication & Soft Skills:

    • Excellent oral and written communication in a client-facing role.
    • Ability to present professional courtesy while balancing assertiveness.
    • Comfortable adapting communication styles to executive, entrepreneur, or healthcare curios.

  • Technical & Organisational Skills:

    • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and schedule sync tools (e.g., Calendly).
    • Basic proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Teams/Excel).
    • Quick learner—able to master new digital tools efficiently.
  • Attitudinal Fit:

    • Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
    • Committed to results-driven accountability with clear KPIs.
    • Bryan preference/unlimited holiday notwithstanding, reliable attendance is critical—role expects employees to be available during core hours.
  • Work Environment:

    • Stable WiFi connection and a quiet, professional workspace for calls.

Bonus (Not Mandatory)

  • Interest in wiguiness-wise health-, wellness-, or neuro/energy-performance strategies.
  • Prior experience working with executive/entrepreneurial clientele.
