About the Role:
At Booked-Flow, we are officially expanding our backend operations team due to a massive influx of premium B2B clients for our upcoming mid-month intake batch. We are looking for an elite, fluent English communicator to join us as a High-Ticket Appointment Setter / Growth Specialist.
You will be responsible for managing high-value conversations and converting dry inbound/outbound pipelines into hyper-profitable conversion infrastructures for high-ticket coaches, consultants, and B2B founders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute human-driven outbound mechanisms and conversational frameworks (No cold AI spam).
- Maintain a high-status, authoritative frame in chat with CEOs and premium brand owners.
- Manage and audit high-volume pipeline data sheets and internal CRM systems.
- Synchronize directly with the executive team to optimize weekly booking metrics and handover calendar links.

What We Offer:
- Base Salary: $30,000 - $45,000 / Year (Based on execution and experience).
- Performance Bonus: High percentage commission cut on every premium retainer closed by the operations team.
- 100% remote flexibility with a high-growth executive culture.

Requirements:
- Native or bilingual fluency in English with exceptional written communication skills.
- Deep psychological understanding of high-ticket B2B sales cycles and conversational authority.
- Strong organizational discipline to handle strict tracking and daily metrics sheets.
