About the Role
We are a fast-growing roofing and storm restoration company based in Maryland, USA. We are looking for highly motivated cold caller / appointment setters who can confidently speak with homeowners and book FREE roofing inspections.
This is NOT hard sales.
Your job is ONLY to:
- Speak with homeowners
- Build trust quickly
- Qualify interest
- Book roofing inspections

What You Will Be Calling About
- Storm damage
- Roof leaks
- Missing shingles
- Free roof inspections
- Insurance related roof damage
- Wind damage
Requirements
- We provide homeowner lead lists, phone numbers, script, training, and CRM access
- HARD WIRED INTERNET CONNECTION (Ethernet from router to computer)
- Strong English speaking skills
- Cold calling experience
- Appointment setting experience
- Roofing, solar, or real estate experience
- Ability to work during EST hours
- Need to be able to make 800 calls a day on auto dialer
