About The Role

ISOLA Cleaning Co is in the early stages of growth, so this is a great opportunity to join our team from the beginning.

If you're looking for a stable, long term position where you can grow alongside an ambitious Australian business, we'd love to hear from you.

Your main responsibility will be making outbound calls to new customer enquiries as quickly as possible. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, answering their questions, building rapport, gathering the information we need and booking them into our schedule.

Initially, the workload won't be overly demanding as we're still growing. This gives you the opportunity to become familiar with our systems and processes before the number of enquiries increases.

As the business grows, you'll receive more enquiries, your responsibilities will naturally increase and there will be opportunities for more hours, higher pay and career progression.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, customer service or similar roles is definitely valued, but we're just as interested in finding someone who has a friendly and natural phone manner, speaks excellent English, is reliable, responds quickly and genuinely enjoys talking to people. We can teach our systems, but we're looking for someone with the right attitude who wants to grow with us.

Because we're still a growing business, there will naturally be quieter periods throughout the day. This is completely normal and gives you time to stay organised, follow up with customers, keep our records up to date and help with other admin tasks when needed.

As ISOLA continues to grow, the workload will increase along with your responsibilities. If you perform well, there will be regular opportunities for more hours, pay increases and career progression.
