Company Description

Role Description
This is a remote, commission-based role for an Appointment Setter. This is a pure outbound appointment setting role. Your job is to open doors, to get the right people at the right companies on the phone, understand whether there's a fit, and book qualified meetings for the sales team. You will be trained on the product, and who to target.
What You'll Be Doing
- Running high-volume outbound activity: cold calls, cold emails, and follow-up sequences targeting sales leaders and HR decision-makers at B2B SaaS and FinTech companies
- Booking qualified discovery meetings for the Closrr sales team
- Managing your own pipeline and cadences, keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
- Getting sharp on the Closrr product quickly so you can hold a credible conversation at the top of the funnel
- Working independently and flagging what's working/not you'll have a direct line to the founders who will support on cadences and messaging. They'll be in the trenches as much as you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Tracking
Performance is measured on two things:
- Outbound activity: call volume, email sends, and follow-up cadence
- MOST important - Meetings booked: qualified, attended meetings in the sales diary
No ambiguity. You know what good looks like, and so do we.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in outbound appointment setting or SDR/BDR roles. Cold calling is a core part of this job, not an occasional task.
- A track record of booking meetings with B2B decision-makers, ideally in SaaS or tech. If not, coach-ability to do so.
- Comfort selling to sales leaders, HR teams, and C-suite contacts.
- Your own mobile phone and a reliable internet connection. This is a fully remote role.
- Strong written and oral communication for email outreach.
- Experience with CRM tools and the discipline to keep them clean.
- The ability to handle objections, stay composed on difficult calls, and keep moving.
- This is a no ego role, you have to enjoy sales, be humble, and honest.
