Appointment Setter (Enrollment Specialist)
As an Appointment Setter (Enrollment Specialist), you’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying opportunities, and booking high-quality sales calls for our Account Executives.
You’ll work across both inbound and outbound leads, playing a critical role in driving pipeline and revenue for Sophie Society’s Amazon PPC division.
This is a performance-driven role with clear KPIs, strong earning potential, and a direct path to growth.
Inside Sophie Society, you will have access to:
- A proven offer with strong demand and conversion
- Established scripts, systems, and SOPs
- Warm and inbound lead flow + outbound opportunities
- A high-performance sales team and structured training
Responsibilities:
- Engage inbound and outbound leads to qualify opportunities
- Book ~100 calls/month (4–5 per day)
- Drive 15+ qualified closed sets/month
- Ensure smooth handoff to closers with detailed notes
- Maintain 70%+ show rate and 25%+ close rate
- Execute structured follow-ups (email, SMS, Loom, etc.)
- Re-engage warm leads and prioritize high-intent prospects
- Track all activity, notes, and outcomes in CRM (Close.io or similar)
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and complete daily reporting
- Follow and improve scripts, messaging, and outreach frameworks
- Participate in daily huddles, training, and coaching sessions
- Collaborate with closers and marketing on lead quality and performance
- Contribute to SOPs and share insights on objections, trends, and lead quality

Qualification Criteria:
- 1–3+ years in appointment setting, SDR, or sales development
- Experience in high-ticket or service-based sales preferred
- Minimum 1+ year of Amazon experience (required)
- Strong charisma and confidence on calls
- Fluent English with strong communication skills
- Organized with strong CRM discipline
