About The Role

As an Appointment Setter based in Shirley, you will contact warm leads who have previously expressed interest in hearing care. This hybrid role requires 25 hours per week, with a salary of £12.71 per hour plus bonus incentives for over achievement. About The Role

Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Outbound Appointment Setter to join the team. In this role, you'll contact warm leads who have previously expressed an interest in hearing care, building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and booking appointments for free hearing assessments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact warm leads by telephone to discuss their hearing care enquiries.
  • Build trust and rapport quickly to create positive customer experiences.
  • Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Confidently overcome objections and encourage customers to book a free hearing assessment.
  • Accurately record all customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Meet agreed productivity, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Deliver professional, empathetic customer service on every call.
  • Manage your workload effectively while working independently from home.

Performance Expectations

  • Make around 40-50 quality outbound calls per hour.
  • Book an average of 2 appointments per hour.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards and accurate CRM records.
  • Consistently achieve agreed productivity, quality, and attendance targets.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience working from home.
  • Appointment-setting experience.
  • Contact centre experience within a performance-driven environment.
  • Experience speaking with older customers or working within a healthcare setting.
