About Us
We are a growing software and AI development agency based in Sri Lanka with a Sales Director in the UK. We help startups, SMEs, and enterprises build custom software, AI solutions, web applications, mobile apps, and digital transformation solutions for clients across the UK and the US.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for ambitious Appointment Setters who enjoy networking, prospecting, and opening doors to new business opportunities.
Your Role
Your primary responsibility is not to sell our services.
Instead, you'll identify potential clients, start conversations, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings between decision-makers and our Sales Director.
You'll play a key role in helping businesses discover how our software and AI solutions can solve their challenges.
Responsibilities
- Identify companies in the UK and US that may require software or AI development services.
- Connect with decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, phone, and other outreach channels.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Book qualified discovery meetings for our Sales Director.
- Update CRM records with prospect information and activity.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
