The Opportunity

We're looking for experienced Appointment Setters/Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing team.

This is not a generic telemarketing role. You'll be representing leading technology vendors, resellers, distributors, MSPs, and service providers, engaging with IT decision-makers and business leaders across the UK and Ireland.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, qualify, and schedule high-quality appointments that create genuine sales opportunities for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities via telephone and other communication channels.
  • Engage with IT and business decision-makers within target organisations.
  • Qualify opportunities against campaign-specific criteria.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for customer sales teams.
  • Accurately record prospect information and campaign activity within designated CRM systems.
  • Manage and nurture prospect pipelines.
  • Work across multiple technology campaigns and client accounts.
  • Meet and exceed appointment, activity, and quality targets.
  • Maintain a professional and consultative approach at all times when representing customer brands.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Minimum 2 years' proven B2B appointment setting, lead generation, or SDR experience.
  • Strong track record of booking and qualifying sales appointments.
  • Excellent communication and questioning skills.
  • Confidence when speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, able to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Experience using CRM systems.

Highly Desirable

  • Experience within the IT, technology, telecoms, cybersecurity, cloud, managed services, software, or channel sectors.
  • Understanding of the UK & Ireland technology marketplace.
  • Experience working on behalf of technology vendors, distributors, resellers, MSPs, or service providers.
  • Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies and opportunity qualification.
