Hours: Full-time
Location: Virtual
Reporting to: Head of Growth, CEO
Application deadline: 19/07/2026
First Interview: WC 20/07/2026
Start date: ASAP

The Role

You handle every lead that comes in and book them onto sales calls. Keyword comments, DMs, story replies, lead magnet signups, ad leads, profile viewers, frequent engagers. Your job is to get to them fast, qualify them, and get them on the calendar.

This is not spray and pray outreach. We would rather you have 40 good conversations a day than send 200 templates.

  • Reply to every inbound lead within minutes during working hours. Never more than 4 hours.
  • Run DM conversations using our framework: opener, qualifier, transition, close. You'll be trained on it.
  • Qualify before you book (revenue stage, fit, intent).
  • Outbound to warm audiences only. Engaged followers, old leads, webinar signups. Research the person first, write the opener for them specifically.
  • Send the booking link when they commit, not before.
  • Confirm every booked call 24 hours out and 2 hours out. If someone no-shows, message them straight away, call within 30 minutes, send a reschedule link within the hour.
  • Log everything in the CRM the same day. Lead source, platform, campaign, what happened. If it's not in the CRM it didn't happen.
  • Follow up with cold leads for 30 days before writing them off.
  • Send a short end of day report: conversations, calls booked, show rate, anything blocking you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Targets

  • Response time: Under 5 minutes in working hours
  • Qualified calls booked: 5-10 per week
  • Show rate: 70%+
  • CRM: Every lead logged same day

Who this is for

  • You've done appointment setting or sales development before, ideally for coaches, consultants or agencies.
  • You write well. Your messages sound like a person, not a script.
  • You know your way around Instagram and LinkedIn DMs, email and a CRM.
  • You don't need to be managed. Daily activity, every day, without someone chasing you.
  • You take feedback. Scripts get reviewed weekly and you change what isn't working.
