Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Appointment Setter role based in Halifax. The Appointment Setter will contact prospective and existing clients by phone, email, and other channels to schedule meetings for the sales and property management teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, confirming appointment details, updating calendars, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM or scheduling systems. The role involves following up on inquiries, providing clear information about services, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the appropriate team members. The Appointment Setter will collaborate with colleagues to meet daily and weekly appointment targets while providing a professional and courteous experience to every contact.

  • Ability to effectively handle Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling tasks
  • Experience with Lead Generation and prospect qualification
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Comfortable using phone, email, and digital tools for outreach and scheduling
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when updating records and calendars
  • Ability to work on-site in Halifax and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in sales support, call center, or property-related roles is an asset
  • Basic proficiency with CRM software and office productivity tools
