Salary

£26,436.80 per annum (Level Unqualified Practitioner).


Requirements

Essential:

  • Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based environment
  • First Aid certification (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Awareness of safeguarding regulations and childcare legislation (e.g., EYFS, safeguarding guidelines)

Duties

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality care and education for children aged 1-3
  • Planning and delivering EYFS-aligned activities that are stimulating, engaging, and developmentally appropriate
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for learning
