Salary
£26,436.80 per annum (Level Unqualified Practitioner).
Requirements
Essential:
- Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based environment
- First Aid certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Awareness of safeguarding regulations and childcare legislation (e.g., EYFS, safeguarding guidelines)
Duties
You’ll be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality care and education for children aged 1-3
- Planning and delivering EYFS-aligned activities that are stimulating, engaging, and developmentally appropriate
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for learning
