At EQUANS
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Administrator to join our team in Haringey. This is an exciting opportunity to earn a salary of £21,000 - £24,000, gain a recognised qualification, and develop valuable workplace skills while supporting the delivery of important services within local communities.
You'll work alongside experienced colleagues, learning how business operations are managed while gaining hands-on experience in administration, customer service, communication, and organisation.
No previous office experience is required. We'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
A full UK driving licence would be beneficial but is not essential.

What You'll Be Doing
As an Apprentice Administrator, you'll be an important part of our support team, helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
You'll learn how to:
- Manage emails, documents, and company systems
- Support customers and clients with enquiries
- Answer telephone calls professionally and direct information to the right people
- Help manage records and maintain accurate files
- Monitor internal systems and ensure actions are completed on time
- Support the team with general administration activities
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating information
- Communicate with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
- Develop strong organisational and customer service skills

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Essential Requirements
- GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable Skills
The following would be beneficial but are not essential:
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, volunteering, or part-time work
- Experience answering telephone enquiries
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience working as part of a team
