DM Integrated Limited is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career within a well-established fire and security company, gaining hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification. You will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring a high level of service for our customers.

Key responsibilities:
You will provide administrative support across four departments, including:
Service Department
- Assist in scheduling engineers and service visits
- Updating job systems and maintaining service records
- Handling customer enquiries
Projects Department
- Supporting project coordination and documentation
- Assisting with job tracking and reporting
- Liaising with engineers and clients
Accounts Department
- Assisting with invoicing and purchase orders
- Supporting finance administration tasks
- Maintaining accurate financial records

Fire Door Division
- Supporting administration of fire door installation and maintenance works
- Recording compliance and documentation and certification
- Liaising with internal teams and clients
General Duties
- Answering calls and emails professionally
- Maintaining filing systems and databases
- Carrying out ad hoc office duties
