Job Description
Fixed term contract: 24 months due to the length of the Apprenticeship course
36 hours per week, all year round

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic Apprentice Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Westbridge Academy. Our school celebrates the diversity of our school community, and we welcome visits to our school.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Enthusiasm and drive to improve the premises for the children
- A willingness to learn core health and safety skills required in facility management
- Flexibility and adaptability to be able to cover the responsibilities within the team
- Physical capacity to work on numerous maintenance and cleaning tasks inside and within the grounds
- The ability to work successfully as a team member establishing effective working relationships and flexible working practices
