Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Technical Development & Problem-Solving

    • Apply classroom learning to real-world challenges on live projects
    • Contribute to effective planning and right-first-time delivery
    • Assist with designing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
    • Use industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and key project management tools
  • On-Site Experience & Collaboration

    • Conduct site visits to review project progress and resolve issues
    • Work alongside contractors and engineers to ensure projects stay on track
    • Help enforce compliance with building codes, sustainability, and health & safety standards
  • Quality & Efficiency Leadership

    • Monitor programme delivery and compliance
    • Ensure accurate project set-up, site execution, and delivery of high-quality work

Role Requirements

Academic Qualifications

A strong foundation is everything. Meet our minimum entry criteria for Level 3 or 4 apprenticeships:

  • GCSEs:

    • Grade 5 (B+) or above in Maths
    • Grade 4 (C+) or above in English Language
    • 3 additional GCSEs (grades 4/5 or above)
  • Plus: One of the following options

    • Two STEM A-Levels (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) OR
    • A-Level in Finance, Economics, or Business
    • Relevant Level 3 Qualification (e.g. Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction (BTEC), Project Management)

    OR

    • T Level: Design, Planning & Surveying for Construction

Applicants without traditional qualifications but with strong industry experience or alternative qualifications (e.g. apprenticeships, professional diplomas) will also be considered.
