Your Daily Responsibilities

Technical Development & Problem-Solving
- Apply classroom learning to real-world challenges on live projects
- Contribute to effective planning and right-first-time delivery
- Assist with designing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Use industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and key project management tools

On-Site Experience & Collaboration
- Conduct site visits to review project progress and resolve issues
- Work alongside contractors and engineers to ensure projects stay on track
- Help enforce compliance with building codes, sustainability, and health & safety standards

Quality & Efficiency Leadership
- Monitor programme delivery and compliance
- Ensure accurate project set-up, site execution, and delivery of high-quality work

Role Requirements
Academic Qualifications
A strong foundation is everything. Meet our minimum entry criteria for Level 3 or 4 apprenticeships:

GCSEs:
- Grade 5 (B+) or above in Maths
- Grade 4 (C+) or above in English Language
- 3 additional GCSEs (grades 4/5 or above)

Plus: One of the following options
- Two STEM A-Levels (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) OR
- A-Level in Finance, Economics, or Business
- Relevant Level 3 Qualification (e.g. Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction (BTEC), Project Management)
OR
- T Level: Design, Planning & Surveying for Construction
Applicants without traditional qualifications but with strong industry experience or alternative qualifications (e.g. apprenticeships, professional diplomas) will also be considered.

We keep it simple with two steps:

- If successful, progress to:
