Sanctuary provide in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations. Are you looking for your next step or change in career? This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Apprenticeship programme. In partnership with our training provider - Lifetime Training - the programme offers you a chance to study for a Business and Administration Level 3 nationally recognised qualification, all whilst gaining practical work experience.

We’re looking for individuals with the potential to be future leaders within our business, who is keen to immerse themselves and work across all areas of our businesses with the ambition and desire to build a long lasting, successful career with us.
What will you do?
You will be working in the Property Services area, alongside the Regional Operations Manager. As part of your job role, you will be asked to complete tasks such as mailbox management, running reports, tracking performance statistics and overseeing the operational team's workloads. All of this will be supported by the team around you, ensuring you are getting the best out of your apprenticeship!

On top of this, practical skills we are looking for are:
- A minimum of 2 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent to), including Maths and English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
