Are you proactive, motivated, professional, and friendly? We're looking for someone who is passionate and diligent to join our team as an Apprentice Carpenter in September 2025.
Working as a great team player, you'll assist your mentor in carrying out work and installations to Abri's properties in an efficient and effective manner ensuring that all works are in accordance with good building maintenance practice.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so it’s very important your customer service skills are top notch - we want to always go above and beyond and amaze our customers with the services we provide.
Your Day Will Include
- Developing skills and competency relevant to carpentry, assisting trade colleagues and supporting all service areas within the Commercial Services team.
- Delivering basic carpentry repairs under supervision of a competent trades person.
- Assisting in all aspects of repairs and installation of water services and mains.
- Understanding health and safety requirements and other relevant legislation and Codes of Practice.
- Being supported by your supervisor and a mentor.
- Attending college and completing all course work on time and to a high standard.
