This is an exciting opportunity for a Chef Apprentice to join the team at The Royal Castle, a high-profile venue within St Austell Brewery's managed pub estate.
Requirements
- Passionate about food and eager to learn
- Motivated and hands-on
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Resilience and adaptability for a live service environment
Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Learning core kitchen techniques and food presentation
- Understanding professional kitchen operations
- Following food safety, hygiene, and industry best practices
- Completing a fully funded Level 2 apprenticeship in Professional Cookery
