We are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Civil Engineer to join our Southern and South East in Ringwood area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone leaving school or college who wants to build a career in a professional, fast-paced environment.

We're looking for enthusiastic young people aged 18+ who are reliable, hardworking and keen to learn.
Many of our employees started their careers as apprentices and have progressed into supervisory, management and specialist roles across the business.
What we’re looking for
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- GCSE Maths and English, or willingness to complete alongside the apprenticeship
