Job Title: Apprentice Client Accountant

Salary: £17,850

Location: Vauxhall, SE11 5JH

Course: Business Administrator Level 3 / Credit Control Level 3

The Role

Our growing team in Vauxhall is seeking an Apprentice Client Accountant to provide essential support to our client accounts function. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain first-hand experience and work towards a recognised qualification to advance your career.

Your Responsibilities as an Apprentice Client Accountant:

As an apprentice client accountant, you will be responsible for learning and contributing to key aspects of our client accounts team. Initially, this will involve tasks such as:

  • Posting receipts
  • Assisting with the proactive chasing of debts and rents
  • Gaining experience in accounts administration
  • Maintaining our CRM system through updates and audits
  • Supporting the setup of new tenancies and renewals

As you develop, you will also take on responsibility for handling a range of accounts-related queries, providing valuable support to the team and our clients.

How the Apprenticeship will work:

This 14-month Business Administrator / Credit Control Apprenticeship offers a flexible learning experience delivered remotely through Teams. As a learner, you'll benefit from:

  • Regular interaction with your trainer every four weeks
  • Consistent support through progress reviews every twelve weeks, involving your line manager and trainer

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Strong numerical skills
  • Genuine desire to learn and apply this within property finance
  • Strong customer-centric approach, prioritising client needs and satisfaction
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively
  • Proactive and takes initiative to identify and solve problems effectively
  • GCSE or equivalent Grade C or above in English and Mathematics
