Apprentice Customer Care Advisor

This role is to provide customer service and administrative support. Learn to use internal systems and assist with managing customer accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting our sales team in winning new business
  • Speaking with customers and understanding their fuel needs
  • Learning how to build long-term client relationships
  • Assisting with quotes, orders, and account management
  • Gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Making outbound calls to sell fuel services

Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • GCSE in English (grade C4)
  • GCSE in maths (grade C4)
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Confident communication skills
  • A positive, driven attitude
  • Interest in sales, business, or customer service
  • No experience needed - just the right mindset
