Apprentice Customer Care Advisor
This role is to provide customer service and administrative support. Learn to use internal systems and assist with managing customer accounts.
Responsibilities
- Supporting our sales team in winning new business
- Speaking with customers and understanding their fuel needs
- Learning how to build long-term client relationships
- Assisting with quotes, orders, and account management
- Gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Making outbound calls to sell fuel services
Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- GCSE in English (grade C4)
- GCSE in maths (grade C4)
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Confident communication skills
- A positive, driven attitude
- Interest in sales, business, or customer service
- No experience needed - just the right mindset
