As an Apprentice Customer Service Representative

As an Apprentice Customer Service Representative, you will become a trusted point of contact for our customers, supporting them with enquiries and vehicle needs. You’ll also gain experience handling more complex or technical customer queries and help ensure a smooth and professional customer journey from start to finish.

Working with Our Teams

Working closely with our service teams, you’ll learn how to provide expert advice, support the workshop and parts teams, and deliver tailored customer service that meets the needs of our clients across a wide range of industries.

  • A strong interest in customer service and the automotive industry
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional communication style
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership of personal development
  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and on your own initiative
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths – or a willingness to achieve Level 2 prior to End Point Assessment
  • Some prior customer service or mechanical knowledge (desirable but not essential)

RHCV is looking for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service. No formal qualifications are required, but candidates must be willing to work towards achieving Level 2 English and Maths before the end of the apprenticeship.
