As an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor, you'll be supporting the Customer team on our United Utilities contracts of work. Working as part of the team, you will get hands-on experience answering customer and client enquiries by phone, website and email, as well as meeting customers face to face whilst visiting our operational sites. Guided by skilled colleagues, you'll learn how to deliver outstanding service and make sure daily tasks run smoothly. Every day will offer new opportunities to learn, grow your confidence and shape your path for a rewarding future in customer service.

As part of your role. You will be enrolled onto a level 2 (or 3) apprenticeship in customer service, based on your current level of qualification.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an apprentice to;
- Help the team give great customer service to everyone, with support and guidance
- Assist in completing tasks well and on time, learning how to manage time and priorities
- Help update customer and company information, making sure any issues are recorded and passed on correctly.
- Learn how to solve customer problems, working towards company targets with support.
- You will help to talk to our customers and learn how to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies
Experience And Qualifications
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Great communication and organisational skills, or the enthusiasm to develop them over time.
- Proficient IT skills or the willingness to learn (Excel and Word essential).
- A full UK driving licence or working towards obtaining one.
