About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Apprentice to join our Customer Care team on a fixed-term contract for the duration of the apprenticeship.

As a Customer Care Apprentice, you will play a critical role in supporting our customer journey, ensuring homeowners receive the best possible service from the moment they move into their new home.

Responsibilities

As part of the Customer Care team, you will:

  • Support customers throughout their homeowner journey
  • Assist in sending welcome communications and ensure customers have access to:
    • Our customer portal
    • Reporting systems
  • Help manage customer requests and progress routine customer care tasks
  • Communicate site-wide updates to customers
  • Provide individual updates to customers when required
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of maintenance appointments
  • Send customer information, guidance, and support material to enhance the customer experience
  • Work closely with our sales and customer experience teams to:
    • Keep information in the customer portal up to date
  • Undertake initial fact-finding when customers raise complaints, supporting the customer care coordinator in addressing issues
