A 55-place rural nursery outside Nottingham, with a strong focus on outdoor freedom and forest-school teaching.

📍 Key Requirement: Driving is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our Childcare Team, you’ll:

  • Provide outstanding care and support to children and families
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for children
  • Serve as a positive role model for all students
  • Progress towards a qualification in childcare, meeting targets and staying current with coursework
  • Assist in planning and delivering indoor/outdoor activities to engage children and support their development
  • Build professional yet friendly relationships with parents, staff, and suppliers
  • Attend staff events (e.g., parent evenings, meetings, festivals) – some outside of working hours
