As an Apprentice Educator at N Family, you’ll gain hands-on experience while working towards your Early Years apprenticeship (Level 2 or Level 3). You’ll rotate around the nursery, provide safe and inspirational care to each child, and with your apprenticeship complete, transition seamlessly into a qualified educator role.
Responsibilities
- Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and N Curriculum with creativity and care.
- Assist in daily routines, ensuring smooth transitions between meals, naps, and playtimes.
- Learn to plan innovative, challenging learning experiences that support children’s development.
- Understand and assist with high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for children in focus.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents while meeting N’s requirements.
- Ensure safe mealtime supervision in line with nursery policies.
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment throughout the day.
- Complete your apprenticeship to gain your Early Years qualification.

- Competitive salary: £19,656 to £20,717 per year
