As an Apprentice, You Will

Your Responsibilities
As an apprentice, your role blends delivery and growth:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework
- Support high-quality childcare, fostering a joyful, nurturing learning environment
- Build trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Collaborate in safeguarding practice to ensure a safe, caring environment
- Complete your apprenticeship within timeframes, with Busy Bees Education and Training’s guidance
- Show enthusiasm and proactive commitment to skill development

Essential Requirements
To apply, you must:
- Demonstrate genuine passion for childcare and Early Years
- Have been a UEFA member (UK resident for 3 consecutive years)
- Provide proof of:
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade 3/D or higher)
- OR Level 2 Functional English and Maths qualifications
Desirable (But Not Mandatory)
An existing Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification.
