Apprentice Educator – Bushey, UK
Location: Bushey, Hertfordshire Compensation: £19,656 - £20,717 / year

About the Role
As an Apprentice Educator at N Family Club, you’ll gain hands-on experience while studying towards a Level 2 or Level 3 Apprenticeship in Early Years. Rotating through nursery rooms, you’ll deliver safe, engaging, and inspirational care to every child you support. Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you’ll transition into a qualified educator role with us—setting you on the path to an exciting career.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ‘learning through play’ and our N Curriculum with passion and ambition.
- Assist in daily routines, including mealtimes, naptimes, and playtimes, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Design and support innovative, challenging learning experiences.
- Conduct high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
- Build strong, trusting parent-child relationships.
- Supervise mealtimes while adhering to our safety policies.
- Maintain clean, well-organized environments throughout the day.
- Commit to your apprenticeship path and achieve your Early Years qualification.
