Apprentice Educator

Apprentice Educator

Department: Apprenticeships Location: Upminster, London Compensation: £19,656 - £20,717 per year

About the Role

We’re more than just a nursery—we’re the UK’s most innovative early-years education provider.

At N Family Club, we dreamed of reimagining early-years education: a place that fosters creativity, embraces a curriculum-led approach, and prepares children for the modern world. We’re proudly turning this vision into reality—and we want you to be part of it.

As an Apprentice Educator at N Family, you’ll gain hands-on experience while earning your apprenticeship qualification in Early Years (Level 2 or 3). After completing your apprenticeship, you’ll seamlessly transition into a qualified educator role as you build your future with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and N Curriculum with care, passion, and creativity.
  • Support and learn the daily nursery routine (mealtimes, naptimes, playtimes, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop innovative, child-centred learning experiences to support early child development.
  • Learn to carry out high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with parents while maintaining open communication.
  • Assist with mealtime supervision while adhering to N’s safety policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe environment throughout the day.
  • Commit to your apprenticeship training and earn your Early Years qualification.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
