As an Apprentice Educator, you’ll gain hands-on experience while working toward your Early Years apprenticeship (Level 2 or Level 3). You’ll rotate through nursery rooms, deliver safe and inspirational care, and transition into a fully qualified educator role upon completion.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver our "learning through play" ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
- Learn and support daily routines (mealtimes, naptimes, playtimes) to ensure smooth transitions.
- Plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
- Conduct high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
- Supervise mealtimes in line with N’s safety policies.
- Maintain clean and tidy environments throughout the day.
- Commit to your apprenticeship path and complete your Early Years qualification.
