Apprentice Educator

Department: Apprenticeships | Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time | Location: Battersea, London | Reporting To: Kay Hardstaff Compensation: £19,656 - £20,717 / year

About N Family Club

We’re more than just a nursery group. We’re the UK’s most innovative early-years education provider.

At N Family Club, we dreamed of reimagining early years education—becoming a place that fosters creativity, embraces a curriculum-led approach, and prepares children for the modern world. We’re proudly making our dream a reality—and we want you to be a part of it!

As an Apprentice Educator, you’ll gain hands-on experience while working toward your Early Years apprenticeship (Level 2 or Level 3). You’ll rotate through nursery rooms, deliver safe and inspirational care, and transition into a fully qualified educator role upon completion.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver our "learning through play" ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.

  • Learn and support daily routines (mealtimes, naptimes, playtimes) to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
  • Conduct high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
  • Supervise mealtimes in line with N’s safety policies.
  • Maintain clean and tidy environments throughout the day.
  • Commit to your apprenticeship path and complete your Early Years qualification.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
