Apprentice Educator

As an Apprentice Educator at N Family, you’ll gain hands-on experience whilst working towards your apprenticeship in Early Years (Level 2 or Level 3). Rotating around the nursery rooms, you’ll give safe and inspirational care to every child you work with. As soon as your apprenticeship is finished, you’ll move into a qualified educator role with us and begin to build your future!
Your key responsibilities Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair. Learn and support our daily routine to ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes. Learn to plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development. Learn how to carry out high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children. Learn how to build strong, trusting relationships with parents. Learn how to support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies. Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day. Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.
