Apprentice Educator

Apprentice Educator

Department: Apprentcienceships Location: Guildford, Surrey Compensation: £19,656 – £20,717 per year

About N Family Club

We’re more than just a nursery group. We’re the UK’s most innovative early-years education provider.

At N Family Club, we dreamed of reimagining early-years education—a place that fosters creativity, embraces a curriculum-led approach, and prepares children for the modern world. We’re proudly making our dream a reality—and we want you to be part of it!

As an Apprentice Educator at N, you’ll gain hands-on experience while earning your Early Years apprenticeship (Level 2 or 3). Rotating through the nursery’s vibrant rooms, you’ll deliver safe and inspirational care to every child, setting them up for lifelong learning.

As you progress, you’ll transition directly into a qualified educator role, starting your career with us and shaping the next generation.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the ‘N Curriculum’—focused on learning through play—with enthusiasm and creativity.
  • Support daily routines, including mealtimes, naptimes, and playtimes, for smooth and positive transitions.
  • Help design innovative, challenging learning experiences for child development.
  • Gain experience in observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
  • Build trustful relationships with parents and carers.
  • Supervise mealtimes according to safety policies.
  • Maintain clean, tidy, and welcoming environments across all areas.
  • Commit to your apprenticeship training and work towards your Early Years qualification.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
