About the Role
As an Apprentice Electrician, you'll support experienced electricians in carrying out repairs, maintenance and installation work across our homes. You'll gain real-world experience, develop your technical knowledge and learn how to deliver high-quality work safely, efficiently and with excellent customer service.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn a skilled trade, earn while you learn and build the foundations for a successful and rewarding career in the electrical industry.

Champion Communication
You're a good communicator who works well with others, builds positive working relationships and contributes effectively as part of a team.
You’ll bring:
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 or above.
- A genuine interest in the electrical trade and a desire to build a long-term career as an electrician.
- A positive, self-motivated attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A commitment to working safely and following company policies and procedures.

Pre employment requirements
The successful candidate will be required to complete Basic DBS and Right to Work checks.
