Job Description: Assembly Team Apprentice

About the Role

We are currently recruiting apprentices to join our Assembly Team, offering a fantastic opportunity to develop specialist skills in building complex electronic products used around the world.

What You’ll Be Involved In

  • Build and assemble electronic products, including PCBs and wiring harnesses
  • Learn key technical skills such as soldering, ESD control, and quality standards
  • Work alongside experienced technicians and engineers in a hands-on environment
  • Rotate across different manufacturing cells to gain broad experience
  • Complete a Level 3 Engineering Fitter / Engineering Operative (Electronics pathway) apprenticeship through a local college

What We’re Looking For in You

  • A genuine interest in engineering or electronics
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • GCSE Maths and English (or willingness to complete Functional Skills)
