Job Description: Assembly Team Apprentice
About the Role
We are currently recruiting apprentices to join our Assembly Team, offering a fantastic opportunity to develop specialist skills in building complex electronic products used around the world.

What You’ll Be Involved In
- Build and assemble electronic products, including PCBs and wiring harnesses
- Learn key technical skills such as soldering, ESD control, and quality standards
- Work alongside experienced technicians and engineers in a hands-on environment
- Rotate across different manufacturing cells to gain broad experience
- Complete a Level 3 Engineering Fitter / Engineering Operative (Electronics pathway) apprenticeship through a local college
What We’re Looking For in You
- A genuine interest in engineering or electronics
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- GCSE Maths and English (or willingness to complete Functional Skills)
