Job Description: Assembly Apprentice
We are currently recruiting apprentices to join our Assembly team, offering a fantastic opportunity to develop specialist skills in building complex electronic products used around the world.

What You’ll Be Involved In
- Build and assemble electronic products, including PCBs and wiring harnesses
- Learn key technical skills, such as:
- Soldering
- ESD control
- Quality standards
- Work alongside experienced technicians and engineers in a hands-on environment
- Rotate across different manufacturing cells to gain a broad skillset
- Complete a Level 3 Engineering Fitter / Engineering Operative (Electronics pathway) apprenticeship through a local college
What We’re Looking For In You
Applicants should have:
- A genuine interest in engineering or electronics
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- At least GCSE Maths and English qualifications (or willingness to complete functional skills)
