Cloud Benefits Ltd - Apprentice Employee Benefits Communications Coordinator

Cloud Benefits Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Employee Benefits Communications Coordinator to support the delivery of engaging communications that help employees understand and make the most of their workplace benefits.

About the Role

Working within the Employee Benefits and Platforms team, you will assist in creating communications across pensions, health and wellbeing benefits, protection (risk) benefits, and voluntary benefits. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop skills in employee engagement, communications, benefits administration, and digital platforms.

Working Week

  • Monday to Thursday in office
  • Friday work from home
  • Daily hours to be confirmed
  • 35 hours per week total

Wage

  • £14,560

Qualification

  • Business Administration level 3
  • Duration: 18 Months
  • Training Provider: LMP Education

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of employee benefits communication campaigns throughout the year.
  • Assist in creating content for benefits platforms, intranet pages, emails, newsletters, presentations, and employee guides.
  • Help communicate information relating to pensions, healthcare and risk benefits and other voluntary employee benefits.
  • Support annual benefits enrolment and benefit launch campaigns.
  • Work with colleagues, providers, and external partners to ensure communications are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with maintaining content on benefits platforms and communication channels.
  • Help monitor employee engagement and communication effectiveness through reporting and feedback analysis.
  • Support employee events, webinars, and awareness campaigns promoting benefits and wellbeing.
  • Ensure communications are clear, engaging, and aligned with company brand guidelines.

  • Experience creating content for social media, newsletters, websites, or school/college projects.
  • Basic knowledge of employee benefits, HR, or workplace wellbeing.

Qualifications

  • Maths and English at GCSE level A-C (4-9)
