Join a busy floor preparation company in Lincoln as part of the production team. You will assist with manufacturing equipment to production schedules, technical drawings and quality standards, as well as helping with packing, storage and dispatch of finished products while developing valuable engineering skills.

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Complete tasks as directed by the Production/Workshop Manager.
- Assist in the scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance of a range of machinery.
- Assist in conducting inspections, testing, and equipment commissioning.
- Accurately complete service documentation and records.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
- Support Health and safety procedures within working environment.
