Starting in the Easter term 2023, we are recruiting 4 Engineering Operative (Level 2) Apprentices to start in the New Year!
Are you looking for an exciting and rewarding career in the Engineering sector, with the opportunity to earn while you learn?
The successful applicant will work towards gaining a nationally recognised Level 2 Engineering Operative qualification. This Apprenticeship contains a mixture of on-the-job and off-the-job learning, with training broken down into different subject areas, which will allow you to gain the necessary knowledge, skills and behaviours required to successfully complete your Apprenticeship.

Applicant Qualities
As this is an Apprenticeship, no previous experience is needed, however, applicants will:
- Want to learn new skills and be happy working in an industrial environment
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Be dedicated, conscientious and reliable
- Be able to travel daily to Market Deeping
- Demonstrate a can-do will-do attitude towards work
- Be practical and hands-on
- Have real interest in all things engineering
- Be hardworking, reliable and honest
- Be able to work on your own initiative
- Be great at managing your time
- Have naturally curious nature
Qualifications
Ideally applicants must have minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade 4/C including Maths, English and preferably a Science/Technical subject.
