About This Role

St Michael’s Nurture Nursery is seeking a warm, enthusiastic and committed Apprentice EYFS to join our Outstanding early years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about helping young children learn, grow and flourish in a nurturing, play‑based environment.

As an apprentice, you’ll work closely with our Early Years Lead and Senior Early Years Educators to deliver high‑quality learning experiences, support children’s development, and help create a welcoming, inclusive space where families feel valued. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in planning activities, observing children’s progress, supporting individual needs and contributing to a stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environment.

You’ll receive excellent training, professional support and the chance to work towards a recognised Level 2 qualification while developing the skills, confidence and knowledge needed for a successful career in early years education. This role is ideal for someone who is caring, proactive and eager to learn within a supportive, child‑centred setting.
