About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Maltby Learning Trust, for an exceptional Finance Apprentice to work with an experienced and highly motivated team of professionals.
We are seeking to appoint an apprentice to build and maintain effective professional relationships with relevant external stakeholders and service user groups, to provide reports and updates to Leaders in relation to area of responsibility, to set clear standards for and expectations of communication with parents and other key stakeholders ensuring follow up is timely, effective and appropriate. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with others to deliver added value to the Academy and Trust and will understand the changing community and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Training and Qualification
Training
The Apprentice Will Complete The Following Training
- Business Administrator level 3
- How to manage stakeholders
- Relevant laws and regulations
- Financial processes such as accounting, payroll, & managing budgets
- How to manage change
- Project management
- Factors that affect organisations, including political, economic, social
- IT packages
- Record & document production
- Interpersonal skills
- Coaching others
- Effective communications
- Quality procedures
- Planning & organisation
Expected Career Progression
The administration role may be a gateway to further career opportunities, such as management or senior support roles.

- GCSE or equivalent Functional Skills Math's & English (Grade Level 2) Essential.
