What you'll do at work

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service in the café and deli.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including barista-style coffees.
• Take customer orders, operate the till, and handle payments accurately.
• Serve food and ensure products are presented to a high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness in customer areas, displays, and service stations.
• Assist with stock replenishment, deliveries, and product merchandising.
• Learn and follow food hygiene, health and safety, and customer service procedures.
• Work as part of a team to create a welcoming experience for every customer.

• Deal with or escalate issues that impact service and customer experience, and implement any instructions given by supervisor.

• Maintain and rotate stock according to life cycle and business processes.
• Ensure equipment and technology faults and maintenance issues are reported promptly.
